In the convent of Santa Sabina, the cell where Saint Dominic de Guzmán, founder of the Dominicans, lived is preserved. Saint Thomas Aquinas also lived in this convent and began his monumental work, the *Summa Theologica*, there. In the Basilica of Santa Maria sopra Minerva, Saint Thomas appears in a magnificent Renaissance fresco by Filippino Lippi.
Erratum: The video states that the Order of Preachers received the approval of Innocent III. In reality, the official approval was still being processed when the pope died in 1216. It would be finalized by his successor, Honorius III, months later.
